Việc ký kết Biên bản ghi nhớ thỏa thuận hợp tác này nhằm mục tiêu đẩy mạnh khai thác và phát huy ưu điểm, tiềm năng cũng như hỗ trợ nhau cùng mở rộng và phát triển các lĩnh vực hoạt động phù hợp với kế hoạch, chiến lược kinh doanh, và sử dụng có hiệu quả nguồn lực của mỗi bên để hoàn thành tốt mục tiêu kinh doanh.
